The food was still good but I wouldn’t give it 5 stars! I ordered some egg sandwich. Forgot the name of it. I had a NA beer! It was gooood!! Tasted like real bear. I also had a Demogorgon!! It was good too. Best thing I had there but it was filled to the brim with ice so I only had a couple sips. Sad.
Had dinner here during my trip and it was a very unique experience. I ended up getting the boss, which is their take on a bologna sandwich. I can honestly say it was a very unique thing to order. The vibe here is also very nice with lovely tables outdoors and a great decor indoors. Service was very friendly and efficient. I dont know if Id try it again but I definitely do not regret my visit and had a wonderful time
This was our first time trying Thunderbird Station. They have a large patio area and it has a retro fuel station feel to it. It felt so nostalgic. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The food was delicious. I had The Boss- fried bologna sandwich. It was buttered up perfectly and had the most amazing crunch when you bit into it. I usually steer away from fries, but I thought I try them. Same amazing crunchy bite and well seasoned. My son tried The Jumpstart sandwich- BLT without the lettuce and you add a fried egg, he said it was delicious as well. I also had a White Wall cocktail and oatmeal pie it was mmm mmm good. Great vibes and great food!!! I will definitely come back with friends/family to try more items off their menu, catch the dj on the weekends, and to attend trivia night on Tuesday.
Wed. Aug. 30, 2023 - Lunch was very tasty. I had The Boss( who doesn't love a fried bologna sammich) hubby had The King, definitely too much PB for me. It was okay. I treated myself to a Root Beer in a frosty mug ( YUM) 🤤 too bad we didn't have any vanilla ice cream. Hubby tried the Peel Out which he enjoyed. The portions are good and the prices are reasonable. I look forward to going back to try the Frito pie 🥧💜🤤
Very much enjoy this place. Here on a Sunday night which was chill with few ppl on the patio. Ample seating. Great for hanging out on a summer night for a date or with friends. Service is great. The peel out and the red ranchero drinks are amazing! The frito pie and mechanic board are tasty to try. I’ll come back again to try :) and the double dirty dipsticks.
This place has the best vibes. The seating isn't cramped, the service was great, and the food and drinks are delicious. I tried the Peel Out and Gremlin (with an upgrade for fries) and they didn't disappoint. I wish I lived a little closer and I would become a regular.
This is such a nice little bar!!! Very comfy seats, great servers, the boss was an awesome sandwich, and the drinks were all delicious. Chris, the bartender that helped me, was perfect.
We stopped here for a quick meal, the deluxe Frito pie and the Boss sandwich were amazing and flavorful. This place has a unique feel, we went in the afternoon and there was a decent amount of people, and the service was fast too. I would recommend coming here.
I had no expectations for this place as it's not a normal restaurant I'd go to. It's very much comfortfood heaven and a drinkers paradise.
I ordered the frito pie and a bologna sandwich and honestly they were beyond good. If you're wondering if the food is decent it is and it's quite affordable, around 12 dollars a dish. I'll be back.
